DURABILIT has it's own Advisory Committee, which consists of acknowledged leaders that have business and scientific experience and knowledge. This ensures that DURABILIT and it's customers will always be up to date on the latest developments in the IT industry and related aspects such as supply chain management, technology and green IT.

Harold Krikke studied Industrial Engineering and Management at Twente University of Technology in Enschede. At the same university he completed his Ph.D. in 1998 in the field of reverse logistics and subsequently worked as an assistant professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam and also as a business consultant at Tebodin consultants. Between 2001-2005 he worked as a project manager of CentER Applied Research and in 2005 he was appointed Associate Professor at the Tilburg School of Economics and Business. As of April 2008, he is also the Professor of Closed loop supply chain at the Open University Netherlands, currently sponsored by DurabilIT.
His research focuses on Closed-loop Supply Chains and the relationship with Product Life Cycle Management, Sales&Marketing and Purchasing. He has published in international journals such as International Journal of Production Economics, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, The International Journal of Life Cycle Assessment, California Management Review etc.
