DURABILIT Return & Replacement service provides replacement hardware in exchange for a Customer’s Item that is not working. The DURABILIT Return & Replacement service makes sure the customer has a replacement unit while the faulty unit is being repaired.
Please have the following information ready when placing a repair order:

>> Requestor name, phone number and e-mail
>> Shipping address
>> Billing address
>> Order type: time frame and with advance replacement or not
