Extended Warranty
DURABILIT is able to offer extended warranty coverage for a wide variety of network hardware to it’s customers. DURABILIT Extended Warranty service provides piece of mind to customers at a reasonable price. Available in either 1, 2 or 3 year extensions to the manufacturer's warranty or to standard warranty of DURABILIT. Our extended warranty plans cover all mechanical and electrical defects that would normally be covered by the original manufacturer’s written warranty, unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions of DURABILIT. The extended warranty does not take effect until the manufacturer's warranty or the warranty of DURABILIT has expired. In order to purchase an extended warranty, the product must still have 3 months on the original manufacturer's warranty or standard warranty of DURABILIT left.
Actions DURABILIT during service period
>> If deemed necessary, DURABILIT will inspect the item.
>> Send warranty service pack confirmation to customer with serial number of hardware and starting date and end date of Extended Warranty Service period.
>> Issue the customer with an RMA-number when accepted by DURABILIT (look at "Warranty" in Terms and Conditions of DURABILIT) in case an item is inoperable and give customer instructions as to how to return the inoperable hardware to DURABILIT.
>> In case of a valid RMA, DURABILIT aims to replace the faulty goods as soon as possible. With regards to delivery time, article 5.1 of our the Terms and Conditions apply.

>> Request Extended Warranty Service by e-mail or phone.
>> Request RMA-number when having an inoperable item.
>> Ship inoperable item to DURABILIT after receiving a RMA number.
>> Provide delivery address by e-mail for replacement hardware or hardware that has been repaired.
