Hardware Advanced Replacement
DURABILIT Hardware Advanced Replacement Services gives the client the right to receive advanced replacement of the hardware, before DURABILIT receives the inoperable item back.The replacement hardware will be shipped within 48 hours. Replacement hardware can also be shipped after that DURABILIT has inspected the inoperable item, if the customer requests an inspection first. Within 7 calendar days of the issuance of a RMA (Return Material Authorization), the customer must send back the inoperable item to DURABILIT. If the inoperable item is not received by DURABILIT within 7 calendar days or is returned in a condition that is not acceptable, then the client has to pay a penalty which is 100% of the selling price. Service Level agreements can be customized, depending on the needs of the customer.

>> DURABILIT will issue an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, so that the customer is allowed to return the inoperable item.

Actions Customer
>> Request the Hardware Advanced Replacement Services by e-mail or internet form and add if an inspection/check first is expected or not.
>> Provide delivery address by e-mail or internet form for replacement hardware.
>> Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by e-mail or internet form.
>> Ship inoperable item to DURABILIT within 7 calendar days after receiving a RMA number.
